Email integration - to extend all of the benefits of Osprey to your use of email we can supply Microsoft Hosted Exchange 2007 to integrate with your Osprey database.

Pre-Defined Case Management – We can offer our own Standard Document Templates and Workflow processes for those firms who wish to take advantage of the efficiencies of Case Management but do not have their own templates or workflows.

Bespoke Case Management - We can offer a Bespoke Case Management set up whereby we work with you to design and construct a tailor made package utilising your own document templates around your specific business processes.

Scanning Batch upload - Scanned documents are ‘read’ using OCR technology and can then be automatically uploaded and saved to the relevant matter in Osprey.

Client Relationship Management Module - A separate Osprey database can be used for recording, managing and monitoring prospective clients as a marketing tool. An import/export routine can pass details of a prospect into your live database once instructions have been received.

Human Resources Module - A separate Osprey database can be used for recording, managing and monitoring staff records.

Global Text Search - Text search facility that enables a key word to be searched for across all documents held in the matter history.

Third Party software links - Links to third party marketing databases or referral sites, stamp duty land tax online submission and online searches providers.

Project Management Services – for the larger firm who need a more hands on, managed approach we offer Project Management. This includes the nomination of a dedicated Project Manager with a wealth of experience in Managing IT implementations for law firms. A full Project Management plan will be drafted and supplying with milestones and objectives highlighted as well as timeframes set out and each stage planned in detail. Project Management will ensure a seamless transition onto Osprey.

Cashier Service – we work very closely with a Legal Cashiering firm called Web Cashier who we would highly recommend and can supply a remote cashier service for you via the Osprey software.
