Clients and associates can then view the progress of their file by logging on with a secure user name and password that will allow them to see elements of their file that you wish them to see. Graphical Key Performance Indicators - Bar charts showing Key Performance Indicators such as files opened, time spent, time billed, bills issued, bills paid and bills and disbursements outstanding are presented to users on the Osprey Home Page allowing performance analysis at a glance with current years figures overlaying last years figures for comparison.
